Sarah Jones joined the Center for Social Justice (CSJ) team as its Special Projects Coordinator in September 2012. In this role, she plans and manages center-wide events such as Community Service Day, the MLK Day of Service, Options Fair, Careers for the Common Good, the CSJ Celebration of Social Justice, and the Social Justice Send-Off. She also supports special events and projects throughout the academic year, advises CSJ student organizations, and manages CSJ’s communications. Sarah graduated from Georgetown University in 2009 with degrees in Psychology and Theology. After graduation, she worked on the leadership and community teams for Lululemon Athletica in Washington, DC and Boulder, CO, coordinating and organizing free public health events for the local communities. Sarah brings bring her passion for serving students and the greater DC community to CSJ in its mission of championing justice education and action.
